3 sweets classics in healthy and delicious!

The candy shelf is your biggest enemy when shopping and you would like to buy everything? Of course, you should treat yourself regularly and not give up everything, but in case your hunger for sweets threatens to become an unruly monster again, we have three healthier options for real candy classics! Sinful treats, high in protein and without a guilty conscience!

A sweet temptation that reminds you of vacation, beach and sea even on gloomy autumn days. The perfect recipe for some summer feeling.

Ingredients for about 8 pieces:

250g curd cheese (20% fat or low-fat curd cheese)

70g grated coconut

50g grated almonds

10g vanilla pudding powder

1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (honey, agave syrup,..)

8 whole almonds

Mix curd cheese, 50g of grated coconut, grated almonds, vanilla pudding powder and sweetener of your choice to a homogeneous mass. Roll the mixture into balls and place a whole almond in the center. Roll the balls in coconut flakes and put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Concentrated pleasure, packed in a small ball. Creamy, crunchy and incredibly delicious. This power ball is probably the perfect euphemism for sweet soul food.

120 g soft dates

50 g oat flakes

50 g ground hazelnuts

50 g baking cocoa

1 tablespoon of nut puree (almond or hazelnut puree)

2 tablespoons milk

120 g soft dates (pitted)

1 pinch of salt

12 whole hazelnuts

For the chocolate coating

80 g dark chocolate

50 g chopped hazelnuts or almonds

1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Put the first 8 ingredients (soft dates up to and including salt) in a blender and grind until everything forms a homogeneous mass. Take it out of the blender and divide it into 12 pieces. Flatten the 12 pieces a bit and put a whole hazelnut in the middle. Now start to roll balls out of it.

Melt the chocolate over a water bath and stir in the coconut oil. Add the chopped nuts and mix until the nuts are completely coated with chocolate.

Now chocolate your balls little by little by putting them into the bowl with the chocolate-nut mixture and turning them in it. Pick them out of the chocolate with a fork or spoon and place them on a plate. Place the plate with the chocolate balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let them set and the chocolate set.

Yogurette Cups

Strawberry, fruity and sweet. Strawberries and chocolate are simply the perfect combination. We'll show you here that it doesn't need as much sugar as the original version.

100 g dark chocolate

100 g curd cheese or skyr

1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (honey, agave syrup,...)

Fresh or frozen strawberries

Muffin tins

Melt the chocolate over a water bath and pour a thin layer on the bottom of your muffin cups.

Let the muffin cups cool for about 15 minutes in the freezer, so that you can easily spread the next layer on top later. Mix the curd cheese with the sweetener of your choice, cut your strawberries into pieces and gently fold them in. Take your muffin cups out of the freezer and spread a layer of the curd cheese and strawberry mixture on top. Last, add a thin layer of chocolate on top of the curd cheese. Let everything cool in the freezer for 20 minutes, or in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
