Snacking with no regrets- 3 sweet & healthy snacks for you.

Craving a sweet snack after a workout, at work or in the evening, but want to avoid sugar and calorie bombs? Then here are 3 recipes for you that you should definitely try!

1. Snickers ice cream

Candy bars in ice cream form are your sweet vice? With this recipe, you can treat yourself to an ice cream or two without a guilty conscience.

Your straightforward ingredient list for a homemade Snickers ice cream:


15 g peanuts (salted if you like).

15 g dark chocolate

40 g high protein pudding with caramel taste

1 banana

Cut your banana into 4 pieces, put the protein pudding on the cut side and sprinkle the peanuts on top. Heat the chocolate on low temperature in the microwave or classic over a water bath and spread it over everything with a spoon.

Put the banana in the freezer for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!

One piece has about 70 calories.

2. Waffle chips

Sweet chips to snack on between meals. Healthy and in your mouth in one bite!

Your ingredient list for waffle chips:


100 g low-fat quark

70 g flour or spelt flour

30 ml cremefine (7%)

1 egg

1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice

1 tsp baking powder

Optional: 15 g chocolate drops

Mix all ingredients together until they form a homogeneous batter. Preheat your waffle iron and spread the batter in small blobs on it, creating small mini waffles. For 6 waffles, we recommend two passes with the waffle iron.

The ingredients make 6 small waffle chips. 6 waffles have about 300 calories.


3. Marble muffins

The healthy alternative for Sunday cake, as a small dessert snack or sweet snack. You'll always be right with these low-calorie marble muffins!

What you need as ingredients:


1 egg

1-2 tbsp. honey/agave syrup or sweetener of your choice

2 tbsp. water

5 g baking powder

15 g baking cocoa

60 g soft wheat semolina or instant oats

250 g low-fat quark

Mix all the ingredients together, except for the baking cocoa and water, until they form a smooth batter. Pour half of the batter into your muffin cups and mix the remaining batter in your bowl with cocoa powder and water. This mixture now goes on top of the light batter that is already in your mold.

Bake the muffins for about 30 minutes at 170 degrees.

The ingredients make 8 muffins, per muffin about 65 calories.
